Giggle Trade Platform — User Guide
This guide is for external users (buyers and partners) who use the Giggle Trade platform to browse products, place orders, and complete payments.
1. Platform Overview
Giggle Trade is a B2B marketplace for used and refurbished mobile devices (smartphones, tablets, wearables). The platform connects buyers with quality-checked inventory and supports two purchasing paths:

| Catalog | Bulk orders | Browse products by model/category with weekly reference prices. Add to cart → checkout → pay deposit or full amount. Supports deposit + balance payment. |
| Stock | Single devices | Browse in-stock devices with real-time availability, grades, and IMEI. Add to cart → checkout → pay in full. Inventory is reserved for 24 hours after checkout. |
2. Getting Started
Create an account
- Visit giggletrade.com and click Sign Up.
- Register with your email or sign in with Google / Facebook.
- Complete your business profile (company name, contact info).
Log in
- Go to
/auth/loginand enter your credentials. - You must be logged in to access Cart, Checkout, Orders, and Payment.
TIP
Public pages like Catalog and Stock can be browsed without logging in. You will be prompted to log in when you try to add items to your cart or proceed to checkout.
3. What You Can Do
